About the Inequalities blog

This blog is run by Ben Baumberg Geiger - I’m an academic at King’s College London, mostly doing research on welfare, work and health/disability. I started blogging back in 2010, and have relaunched this Substack in 2024 to reflect on - and contribute to - wider public debates about inequality and the welfare state.
